Software Copyright and Intellectual Property Protection Notice

This software application, including all its accompanying files, documentation, and any related materials (collectively referred to as the “Application”), is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Application, in whole or in part, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

Ownership:

The Application is the proprietary property of CellFusion Incorporated. The Application includes, but is not limited to, its source code, compiled binaries, design elements, user interface, and accompanying documentation. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, associated with the Application are owned by CellFusion Incorporated.

Permitted Use:

Subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the accompanying End User License Agreement (EULA), CellFusion Incorporated grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal or internal business purposes only. This license does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Application without explicit written consent from CellFusion Incorporated.

No Warranty:

The Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. CellFusion Incorporated does not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet the user’s specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall CellFusion Incorporated be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Application, even if CellFusion Incorporated has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law:

This notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from or relating to this notice, or the use of the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States of America.

By using the Application, the user acknowledges that they have read and understood this notice and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
